Counting A Floor Wiper How Do I Get Myself To Stop Counting [obsessively]?

How do I get myself to stop counting [obsessively]? - counting a floor wiper

I count all my steps, I have my big toe touches the ground, and even if I move a little. I have a specific way to do it [on the picture from left to right, also]. It is boring, and I want to stop.

I'm good, I still count my steps when I go, I am inclined to say that when I'm very keen, so in a particular pattern that makes it somehow, I feel calmer. I see a psychiatrist anyway for other problems and talked to her, she says, it is a feature of OCD, but if you're really a serious interference with their lifestyle that requires a treatment for it. If you have any obsessive thoughts or compulsions, as it is, or if you think you have a negative impact on your life, then consider helping the Council or drugs.

In the meantime, I can suggest to an elastic band around the wrist, using briefs on your wrist wherever you are ..... Your brain starts to run and connect easily to relieve the pain.

I do the same. When walking from one stage of my feet on a raised floor, can not rest until the other foot is doing the same thing. I have to compensate. I begin to run automatically the stairs.

I think its ok .... Why did you leave poisoned? Everyone has the right of certain peculiarities.

You may have obsessive-compulsive disorder. You need to consult a psychiatrist for this, and probably on drugs. Do not panic, it's just a chemical imbalance, like most disorders in the body. Call them today, because they often have to wait 3-4 months for new patients.

Im not a professional, but I would say you are a patient with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)
When I was younger going to the same number of touching things twice to do a special ritual, things, etc. .. that is, probably not. I was diagnosed with OCD in school, and once went to talk to a therapist, it was good to lift them out and meet other people like you. You can try to remove exercises to relax in the minds of obsessions and to read the book "The Boy Who Could not Stop Washing
