My sister and loved ones. Here are the instructions, which I used. He was somewhere online. Hope this helps =)

A smelly jelly is actually an air freshener in a decorative container. They are decorative, attractive, and make wonderful gifts. Smelly Jellies can be reused several times and fragrant long. They are very easy and fun to make and also the art can be fun to do with their children. They make a wonderful art project, and contribute to the support of candles and incense.

Item:
Water Crystals
Distilled water
Liquid Dye
Fragrance Oil
Container
Mesh lace or decorative
Open the lid of the pack

1 Measure water and pour into a bowl. To an 8 oz bottle smelly jelly will start with about 6 ounces of distilled water. You can actually use the container as a decorative container. Add 1 tablespoon of water crystals in water. This does not seem sufficient, but to grow the crystals and is very similar to gel.
2 Mix in one or two teaspoons of fragrance oil with water crystals. Then add a few drops of food coloring for desired color. Dye used for skincare and cosmetic products work very well, but work more liquid candle dyes.
3 Connect all the ingredients and let rest about an hour. Do not be impatient, it may take longer. The liquid in the container for all will be absorbed by the water crystals.
4 Display your art. One of the cheapest and perhaps endearing and land, such as container, which the gelatin mixture is the smelly jelly jars.
